The price of fuel in the United States has increased almost 45% since the time we contracted the bus companies for the 2008 Escorted Tours season. Throughout 2008, as a result of the escalating fuel prices AlliedTPro has been hit with fuel surcharges several times. Each time, AlliedTPro has absorbed the cost of those margins unilaterally, considerably reducing and even eliminating its margins.

Fuel prices have continued to increase, and once again the bus companies have implemented yet another surcharge. After much debate, we have decided to pass on a part of this surcharge to our clients, very much in line with policies maintained by the airlines.

This is how the increase will affect you:
For NEW reservations, received after July 01, 2008, a surcharge of USD 30.00 net per person will be added to your invoice.

The following tours are exempt from any fuel surcharge:
